Confirm Receipt of Previous Day’s Funding Instructions

Were yesterday’s instructions delivered to the ACH or Canadian EFT network successfully?

Before you submit today’s instructions, use the SSR Report, Funding Instruction Confirmation to verify the delivery of yesterday’s instructions to the ACH or Canadian EFT network. This report shows all funding instructions delivered successfully to the bank on the previous business day and includes the trace numbers. These funds should settle to the accounts on the current business day.

Trace numbers are not applicable for Canadian Dynamic Payout.

If you do not submit your funding instructions by the cut-off, the system generates an empty Funding Instruction Confirmation Report the next day (i.e., headers, but with no data).
